Police Chief

Daniel T. Keller, Chief of Police

It is with great pleasure that I have this opportunity to provide you with the following information. The White Lake Police Department has a proud history of over fifty years service to our community. We currently have a professional staff of twenty-five sworn police officers, six dispatchers and four support personnel who provide you with around the clock service. Our dispatch center is open 24/7 to provide immediate service. In addition to the usual patrol and dispatch services, we provide investigative services, a DARE officer, a school liaison officer, police records functions including gun registration services, and a special response team as well as other specialized services. In 2004 we began a Citizens Academy that meets once a week for 13 weeks and provides attendees with hands on training in the police and fire fields, we are currently accepting requests to attend Citizens Academy #29 (spring 2018) and 30 (fall 2018). Our service to you, as well as preventing and responding to crime, is of the utmost importance. Without your support however, our mission becomes much more difficult. Please take the time to visit the other areas of our web site for additional information about your police department.
